CLASSIC SESSION GIFT CARD
Classic Session Details:
up to 1 hour, 1 outfit, 1 location
A classic session with natural light photographer Olivia Reed can be done at Olivia's downtown studio or on location. There are many wonderful areas to choose from, close to the studio or Olivia can travel to a specific location of the clients choosing. This general session is great for family sessions, and milestone ages of children. It is not suitable for babies under the age of 3 months.
The Session Fee is $200 and it includes Olivia's time and talent, up to one hour of time in the studio or on location, Olivia's time to hand edit and retouch the digital files, an online gallery of proofs to make your selections from and a in-studio order session to place your print/digital order. The session fee does not include any digital files or prints. This session includes up to 5 people. Additional people are $20 each. The session fee is due at the time of booking. All major credit cards, checks and cash are accepted.
Clients may select and purchase prints, products, and digital files a la carte, or purchase a print collection. Minimum order required for this session is $500. This minimum can be fulfilled by purchasing a collection or a la carte prints and files.
DELUXE SESSION GIFT CARD
Deluxe Session Details:
up to 2 hours, multiple outfits, indoor/outdoor location options
A deluxe session with natural light photographer Olivia Reed can be done at Olivia's downtown studio or on location, or both inside and outside. There are many wonderful areas to choose from, close to the studio or Olivia can travel to a specific location of the clients choosing. This general session is great for family sessions. It is not suitable for babies under the age of 3 months.
The Session Fee is $300 and it includes Olivia's time and talent, up to two hours of time in the studio or on location, Olivia's time to hand edit and retouch the digital files, an online gallery of proofs to make your selections from and a in-studio order session to place your print/digital order. The session fee does not include any digital files or prints. This session includes up to 8 people. Additional people are $20 each. The session fee is due at the time of booking. NEWBORN SESSION GIFT CARD
Newborn Session Details:
A newborn session is typically done within the first month of the baby's life if possible. These sessions are always done in Olivia's studio and usually take around 2 hours.
This session can include immediate family members (mom, dad, brothers/sisters), although I do recommend young siblings only coming for part of the session.
Blankets, swaddles, wraps, hats and headbands are provided by the photographer but clients are welcome to bring specific items for baby to be photographed with. Just remember, Olivia's style is very simple, and does not include the use of a lot of props.
Session Fee is $250. It includes Olivia's time & talent, up to 2 hours of shooting time in the studio, post processing time (time it takes to hand edit and retouch each photo), an online gallery of proofs to make your selections from and a in-studio order session to place your print/digital order. BABY PLAN GIFT CARD
Baby Plan Details:
The Baby Plan Package includes 3 sessions in the first year. Newborn, 6 month and 1 year.
Each session includes Olivia's time and talent, shooting time in the studio, post processing time to hand edit and retouch each photo, and an online gallery of proofs to make your selections from and a in-studio order session to place your print/digital order. Each session will have its own gallery and order session. The Package fee does not include any digital files or prints.
Each session must result in a minimum a la carte print and/or file order of $500 OR the purchase of a print or digital collection.
This package expires after the baby has turned 18 months old. (if you choose to offset sessions from 6 and 12 months)
STUDIO MINI SESSION GIFT CARD
Studio Mini Session Details:
Custom Studio Minis will take place in the studio at 313 Franklin Street, Downtown Huntsville.
The Session Fee is $400 and it includes Olivia's time and talent, up to 15minutes of time in the studio or just outside the studio location (weather dependent), Olivia's time to hand edit and retouch the digital files, an online gallery of proofs. This session includes 15-20 high resolution digital files.
Clients may select and purchase prints and or products from this session as well. In-Studio order sessions always available.
CUSTOM MINIS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE ON WEEK DAYS DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. NO WEEKENDS.
White/Ivory or pastel clothing recommended.
