Newborn Session
Overview
A newborn session is designed to capture those delicate first days of life, typically held within the first three weeks after birth. Held exclusively in Olivia's natural-light studio, these sessions are relaxed, unhurried, and tailored to keep baby completely comfortable.
Session Details
Time & Location: Up to 2 hours (in-studio only)
Family Included: Includes immediate family (parents and siblings). Tip: We recommend having young siblings attend only the beginning of the session.
Styling: Blankets, swaddles, wraps, hats, and headbands are provided. Personal items are welcome, though Olivia’s signature style focuses on a clean, simple aesthetic rather than heavy props.
How to Book
Advance Planning: Reserve your spot using your due date at least one month in advance. Once baby arrives, simply contact the studio to set your official session date.
Last-Minute Inquiries: Forgot to pre-book? Reach out anyway—we always try to accommodate sweet new arrivals when space allows!
Investment & Minimums
Session Fee: $250 (covers Olivia's time and talent; due at booking)

Basic Baby Session Package
Overview
Designed as the ultimate "Grow With Me" milestone plan, this package documents your baby's incredible first year across three distinct stages: Newborn, 6 Months, and 1 Year. Capture every tiny detail and milestone as your little one grows.

Milestones Included: 3 individual milestone sessions (Newborn, 6-Month, and 1-Year)
Location: In-studio sessions tailored to each developmental stage
The Experience: Pre-shoot planning for each milestone, custom hand-editing and retouching, private online proofing galleries, and individual in-studio ordering sessions for each package milestone.
Investment & Minimums
Package Fee: $500 (covers Olivia's time and talent for all 3 sessions)
Minimum Order: $500 product/digital minimum requirement per session
Ordering Options: Select prints, digital files, and custom products à la carte or through curated collections following each individual session. Note: The package fee does not include prints or digital files.
Expirations: Package expires when baby reaches 18 months of age (offering flexibility if you choose to adjust the 6-month or 12-month timeline).

All print & digital orders must be paid in full before order is processed. Olivia Reed Photography accepts cash, checks and all major credit cards. Checks returned by the bank, for any reason, will be charged a $25 service charge. Pricing does not include sales tax.
*Due to production delays, all print products ordered through Olivia are taking 3-4 weeks time to arrive.
