Preschool Portrait Days

Set against the charm of historic downtown Huntsville near SWEEM, these classic sessions create timeless heirloom portraits to honor your child’s preschool years.

Schedule & Rain Plan

  • Morning Photos: Sessions begin first thing in the morning. Please send your child to school fully dressed for pictures. Teachers will change them into their regular clothes after their class finishes.

  • One Session Only: Your child will only be photographed ONCE. Please ensure they arrive dressed in their photo outfit on their class’s first scheduled picture day.

  • Weather Notice: If it rains, photos will be rescheduled for a later date.

What to Wear

  • Keep It Classic: We recommend simple, timeless clothing. To keep the focus on your child’s personality, avoid bold patterns or outfits that overwhelm them.

  • Special Instructions: If you have specific preferences (e.g., removing shoes, placing a bow on a certain side), please inform your child’s teacher in advance.

  • Online Proofing: You will receive a link to view your child's proofs online after picture day.

  • Ordering Options: Print packages, individual prints, and high-resolution digital downloads will all be available for purchase. (See pricing details below).

Sibling Photos

Capture your children together during our morning sibling photo sessions! Please review the key details below before registering.

Schedule & Logistics

  • Morning Only: Sibling photos take place first thing in the morning on each picture day.

  • Parent Escort Required: Parents must bring their children directly to the photo location for their session before signing them into school.

  • Strict Policy: SWEEM staff and the photographer will not pull siblings out of class for photos.

Session Details & Rules

  • Time Slots: Sessions are 5 minutes each. Spots are strictly limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Eligibility: Non-SWEEM siblings are welcome to join their SWEEM-enrolled sibling for these portraits!

  • Cost: There is no additional charge for sibling photos.

  • Parents must pre-register to reserve a time slot for sibling portraits.
